You will help guide Public Finance Center users and assist them with online procedures. You may conduct occasional interventions with organizations serving populations unfamiliar with digital tools. Through your action, you will promote digital inclusion by supporting Public Finance Center users and partner organizations. Daily tasks include welcoming and directing users, particularly vulnerable persons and those uncomfortable with technology, and assisting them in using online services.
