You will help guide users at the Public Finance Center and support them in their online procedures. You may also conduct occasional interventions with organizations working with populations unfamiliar with digital tools. As a volunteer, you will promote digital inclusion by providing assistance to Public Finance Center users and those at organizations where you work. Daily tasks include welcoming and guiding users, particularly vulnerable individuals and those uncomfortable with technology, and assisting them in using online services.
