Work with the MJC team across all sectors (children, youth, activities for all). Participate in and develop educational and cultural projects focused on fighting discrimination and promoting inclusion. Discover the animation and associative sectors while working with children and young people ages 3-17, including those in vulnerable situations. Organize and lead awareness activities on anti-discrimination themes through festivals, school interventions, and leisure centers. Propose and implement cultural projects enabling participation for all.
