Mission description
Arts and Live Performance Mission - Democratize art in rural settings. Through four activity areas (diffusion, mediation, creation, animation), DOC creates local cultural dynamism, encourages exchange, and builds social connections. The volunteer mission is integrated within a two-person staff and volunteer team that supports daily work, allowing the volunteer to propose new initiatives and suggest improvements. Participate in communication: create materials (posters, flyers, calendars), plan event timelines, and contribute to the association's activities.
