The volunteer will help orient and accompany users of the Tax Center in their online procedures. By promoting digital inclusion, the volunteer will provide reassuring and kind support to users of Tax Centers and other agencies. Daily tasks include welcoming and orienting users, providing mediation for vulnerable populations including people with disabilities, helping with online tax services on public computers, and promoting digital services.
