You will help guide users of the Public Finance Center and assist them with their online procedures. You will promote digital inclusion by supporting Public Finance Center users, particularly those unfamiliar with computer tools. You will support the reception team of the Personal Income Tax Service in Rouergue to help users become independent in their digital procedures. Daily tasks include welcoming and redirecting users at the center, particularly vulnerable persons unfamiliar with digital technology, and assisting them with services.
