Grandir Dignement works on youth justice advocacy and protecting the rights and dignity of young people in the justice system. The volunteer will support incarcerated youth in a coaching-style mentorship role, prepare and lead activities, manage scheduling and logistics, organize prison-based interventions, and write monthly reports on a supportive and vigilant team.
