Welcoming beneficiaries is essential to the Essonne CAF, promoting family access to rights. Volunteers help orient, advise, and support beneficiaries in procedures contributing to timely and regular benefit payments. The service civique objective within the Essonne CAF is mobilizing young people on social challenges within a framework enabling maturation, confidence-building, competence development through project involvement serving the population in direct contact. Tasks include providing initial beneficiary support, helping schedule appointments, and directing people to appropriate services.
