You will help guide public finance center users in Massy and assist them with online procedures. Your work will advance digital inclusion by supporting public finance center users and those at other partner organizations. You will guide and orient center visitors at reception, particularly vulnerable or digitally-uncertain people, assist them using online services on public computers, and occasionally intervene at other partner sites.
