Within the LGBTI+ Center Fiertés Pas-de-Calais, participate in welcoming, animating, building social connections, raising awareness, managing social media, and discovering the association's administrative operations. Objectives: Actively combat discrimination and foster an inclusive, caring, open, welcoming space promoting social bonds, awareness, and civic engagement. Actions: Participate daily in the Center's life with warm, inclusive, caring welcome. Welcome, listen, and guide people to appropriate volunteers, staff, or structures, animate discussion groups and awareness workshops, manage social media and communication, support events, and engage in administrative tasks.
