You will facilitate the integration of vulnerable persons into community life by organizing engaging and empowering activities. Propose cultural discovery, environmental, and associative activities to young people. Rebuild connections between these vulnerable persons and partner organizations by informing and encouraging them to participate in proposed activities. You will visit them with a professional during Wednesday afternoon outreach. Welcomed at the Henri Darras Youth Welcome and Listening Point of La Vie Active, which serves young people aged 11-25 in 'crisis situations,' you will help bridge them with local resources.
