Mission description

As a social mediator, the volunteer will work directly with their supervisor, the head of the social cohesion office. They will fulfill their mission of supporting users through two main activities: responding to user requests by phone or email, particularly regarding procedures, and informing users about rehousing schemes for priority groups or available prevention assistance.
