The recruited person will assist primary school teachers to support student success and promote a positive school climate. Objectives include fostering a positive climate and helping all students succeed. Actions include: welcoming children and families; assisting teachers during class time, especially during sports, artistic and scientific activities by working with small student groups and preparing materials. Demonstrate initiative by working with small groups during teacher-prepared sessions and preparing necessary materials.
