Coached by an activities coordinator and the full nursing home team, participate in daily life for 60 residents as a civic service volunteer focused on activities and cultural life. Small and large projects are built with residents to promote autonomy and everyone's good spirits. Objectives: solidarity, proximity, supporting people with loss of independence, opening to the outside community. Actions include: cultural outings, karaoke, organizing family picnics, newspaper reading, spirited game competitions—always based on residents' wishes and abilities. Requires initiative and adaptability.
