You have 8 months to create meaningful connections with elderly residents. Your mission is to contribute to their well-being by organizing social activities. You will be supported by a mentor animator. Your tasks will include encouraging resident participation in various activities, organizing social events in coordination with the team, and facilitating individual exchanges to help residents escape daily routine and isolation through intergenerational activities.
