You will help guide users at the Public Finance Centre and assist them with their online procedures. You may also conduct occasional outreach with organizations working with populations unfamiliar with digital tools. Your mission will promote digital inclusion by providing support to Public Finance Centre users and those at partner organizations. Daily tasks include: welcoming and guiding users at the Public Finance Centre, particularly vulnerable people (those with disabilities, etc.) and those uncomfortable with digital tools; assisting them in using online services.
