In our semi-rural elementary school serving a diverse population, we have been working since 2025 on school well-being through developing shared culture and bringing nature into students' daily lives. Human support to strengthen this dynamic is essential. Help reduce social inequalities and improve the quality of human relationships during the school day through the importance of books, performances, and physical education for shared culture and regular contact with biodiversity. Support student reception during arrival times, assist with accompanying students requiring care during school hours, and help with various organizational tasks.
