Support student autonomy. Student life committees and members need culturally close mentors to guide organization and socio-cultural events. Under the supervision of an education advisor, accompany students toward autonomy through actions reflecting Republic values. Actions include managing the student lounge (helping with cafeteria management, suggesting games and activities), coordinating actions on specific days (anti-bullying, international awareness days), managing stock and cash registers, and proposing initiatives.
