The volunteer contributes to the public good by promoting respect and student inclusion, preventing school bullying through presence and awareness actions without replacing school staff. Actions include welcoming students and fostering a kind respectful climate, being present during break times and transitions to observe student interactions and identify isolation, conflicts or bullying, encouraging all students' inclusion in collective activities and preventing bullying through awareness initiatives.
