Mission description

Welcome and support residents at the Digital Public Space at the sociocultural center: introducing computer tools, internet navigation, simple digital procedures (internet, email), working alongside staff to combat digital divide and promote independence. The mission embodies service civique values (solidarity, civic engagement, social cohesion) and promotes social diversity in the neighborhood. You will help welcome and guide users, contribute to organizing computer access activities, assist with digital procedures, and support learning and practice with digital tools.
