You will help guide users at the Tax Administration Center and support them with online procedures. You may also conduct occasional interventions with organizations serving populations unfamiliar with computer tools. By your actions, you will promote digital inclusion by assisting Tax Administration Center users. Daily tasks include welcoming and orienting users, providing mediation support for vulnerable or digitally uncomfortable people, and assisting staff with online procedure support and documentation.
